Hi, I’m Katie.
Fitness, Nutrition + Life Coach
It’s my sincere pleasure to welcome you to INSPIRED LIVING, a community of women who recognize that lasting transformation is about more than just counting macros and lifting heavy things. It’s about changing the conversation we have with ourself about our body, our worth, our impact, and what it means to live a healthy and purposeful life.
As a lifelong athlete and health advocate I believe that the best way to change your life is to change your health.
Most of my programs center around fitness, nutrition and mindset as the foundational pillars for building a body and life that you love.
As an entrepreneur, lawyer and mother, I understand the challenges modern women face. I’ve seen first hand the frustration and devastation women feel when their health and vitality begin to fade and they feel like they can’t meet life’s responsibilities or recognize the image they see in the mirror.
There is no one size fits all when it comes to health and wellness. Every BODY is different. But through focusing on foundational principals and incorporating the most up to date research on women’s health, hormones and longevity; I’m able to help my clients reclaim their vitality, strengthen and tone their body, and build the habits that will support them for the rest of their lives.
