Your Jump Start workout plan package includes a 60 to 90-day customized fitness training program based on a comprehensive assessment of your current health, wellness, and fitness status, as well as your short and long-term embodiment goals. It also includes six performance coaching accountability sessions to help assure you have success sticking with the program. And, it includes eight 15-30 minute BONUS lessons that cover the latest wisdom in key areas of health and performance, including nutrition, hydration, recovery, sleep hygiene, time management, accountability, and overall self-care.
